    My sister! I started a “diet” Monday as well! I’m using My Fitness Pal to log my food and exercise…my mom works for Weight Watchers and up here, it’s turned into all about selling that activity monitor and the online stuff. I figured why pay when I can use MFP for free?

    You and I can motivate each other. We should call each other some time!
